I’ll respond to your original inquiry within 72 hours to fill you in on all the details! I’ll let you know if I’m available for your preferred date, send along my full PDF Investment guide, and provide you any additional information you may need to proceed to the next step.
Book a Consultation Call (Optional)
In my initial response to your inquiry, I’ll send a link to my Calendly scheduling platform. If you’re interested in connecting with me for a FREE, no strings attached consultation call – even if it’s just a *vibe check* – you can book a 30 minute consultation via Zoom or phone call. This is the PERFECT opportunity for us to get to know each other better & for me to answer any questions you may have about the Lilli Productions photography and videography experience.
Decisions, Decisions…
Once I’ve proverbially wined and dined you with my investment guide, initial consultation call, and follow-up emails, the time will come for you to make some decisions! Choose the package option(s) right for you and send me an email to let me know what you want. You’ll tell me what package you’d like, if you want to include any add-ons, and which payment plan works best for you.
We Make it Official
Once I receive your confirmation of what package you’d like to book, I’ll send over a full digital proposal packet! This online form will include an invoice detailing your selected services, a contract, and a payment plan with options to pay via credit card or bank transfer. You’ll be able to review all your options (and let me know if anything needs adjusting) and then sign and pay your retainer all in the same place! Easy-peasy, lemon squeezy.
Celebrate (Good times, come on!)
Once you sign the contract and pay the retainer you’ll be officially BOOKED with Lilli Productions for photography or videography services! It’s tune to kick up your feet and pour a glass of champagne because you just checked a major to-do off your list AND snagged an incredible Pacific Northwest Photo/Video professional who is SO EXCITED to work with you to create magic! I’ll be sure to follow-up your proposal with a confirmation email and next steps from there!

How do I book with you?
Great question! Fill out an inquiry form HERE and tell me a little about who you are and what you’re looking for! I’ll send along my full PDF pricing guide and a link to schedule a consultation call. When you’re ready, you’ll let me know which package you’ve decided on, any extras you’d like to add-on, and your preferred payment plan. Then, I’ll send over a full digital proposal for your review. Once you sign on the dotted line and pay my retainer, you’ll be officially booked!
You’re based in Oregon… do you travel?
YES! While I am currently based in Portland, Oregon, I am always on the move traveling around the world. Many of my packages include some travel, but anything outside of Oregon will definitely require a custom travel quote. I love traveling and experiencing new places & will happily provide you a custom quote of my travel fee to get to your destination. Some incredible places I’m already traveling to in 2023 are: Southern California, Alaska, Texas, and Washington! (PS: keep an eye on my Instagram “travel dates” highlight to snag me around the world with NO TRAVEL FEES!)
